Financial Compliance: Lead Sync's marketing campaigns fall under the regulations for financial services marketing in Australia & the USA, we take responsibility for the campaigns we create, but are not liable for any actions taken past delivery to the client. It is your responsibility to ensure data and prospects are handled with respect and are aligned with the laws in your relevant country of operation.
